Welcome to Lina Adigun’s Private Psychotherapy practice based in Manchester Square in Central London.

I have been working with adults as a private practitioner in person and online since August 2023. I am glad you found me and hope that we can work together with whatever you bring towards greater attunement to your needs and wants so you can allow yourself to live in a more compassionate and fulfilled way. You are welcome irrespective of background, faith, sexuality, gender, or age.

UKCP & FPC

I am fully registered with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a full member of the FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) so you can be assured of standards and safety. As a member of these professional bodies I work to their codes of ethics and good practice which also include clinical supervision and continued professional development.

I am a member of Christian Psychological Services London - a group of London-based Christians who are experienced professional psychologists and psychotherapists.

HCC

I offer some of my time to the Healing & Counselling Centre at St Marylebone Parish Church.

WPF & University of Roehampton

My Psychodynamic Psychotherapist training was based at the WPF Therapy in London and it was validated by the University of Roehampton.
